Andy is the father of Kandi, and also the ex-husband of Mandi. He was played by Kevin Sorbo.

Kandi's mother claims that Kandi's stupidity is from Andy, her father, which is noticeable but he is notably well-endowed and apparently good at sex by her own admission. He dated and had a sexual relationship with Judith Harper briefly. At the end of the episode Andy asks Alan if he wants to go to a garage sale and Alan accepted. He is never seen or heard again after that episode.
